Day 1: Arrival in Yerevan

Transfer to the hotel and check-in.
Yerevan City Tour which includes Republic Square, one of the most beautiful squares in the world, Republic Square in Yerevan embodies the Armenian culture, the creative mind of Armenian architects, as well as the national richness of Armenia, as it is home to the most valuable museums and also the government houses. Northern Avenue is a pedestrian avenue which links Republic Square with Freedom Square. Located in downtown Yerevan, the avenue is mainly home to luxurious residential buildings, high-end branded shops, commercial offices, coffee shops, hotels, restaurants, and nightclubs.
Opera House is a masterpiece of Armenian architecture which was officially opened in 1933. The full name of Yerevan Opera House is Armenian National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet named after Alexander Spendiaryan. Parliament House. Building of the National Assembly of Armenia is among the world's most beautiful parliament buildings. It is located on Baghramyan Avenue. President’s Residence, is also located on Baghramyan Avenue. It has been serving as the residence of the president from 1991. The gates to the residence are usually open to visitors on weekends and for a couple hours on weekdays. Honour Guard Battalion is performing guard duty at the residence. Armenia monument is located in Victory Park and is overlooking Armenian capital like a guardian. The Mother Armenia statue symbolises peace through strength. It can remind viewers of some of the prominent female figures in Armenian history. Cascade is a giant stairway made of limestone. The exterior of The Cascade features multiple levels adorned with fountains and modernist sculptures from collection of Cafesjian Museum of Art. The stairs afford walkers unobstructed views of central Yerevan and Mount Ararat. At the base of the Cascade is a garden courtyard with statues by contemporary sculptors such as Botero, Lynn Chadwick, and Barry Flanagan. There are a number of cafes and restaurants on both sides of the Cascade frequented by locals and tourists. Classical and jazz concerts often take place at the Cascade during spring, summer and early autumn, with spectators sitting on the steps.
Megerian Carpet Museum Tour during which you can browse through hundreds of antique and new handmade carpets and learn the process of carpet-making.
Sergei Parajanov Museum. The basis of the museum collection constitute 600 works of Parajanov - assemblages, flat and three-dimensional collages, drawings, dolls and film sketches, furniture, own things, which were transformed from Tbilisi to Yerevan during his lifetime.
