From May 6 to May 8, the city park of Dilijan (Tavush region) will host
a three-day gastronomic festival GASTROFEST, in which more than 20
participants will take part, including restaurants, cafes and
representatives of various regions of Armenia will present their products.
The event will be held in the format of a city fair, where degustations,
live music concerts, dance and other master classes, as well as a
gastronomic quest will be organized.
The participants of the festival will offer famous sets of dishes and
drinks of their region, talk about their culinary traditions and own
authors’ concepts. As part of the gastronomic quest, people receive a
special task and then prizes.
Each festival day will be accompanied by live music concerts of Armenian
musicians and bands, including Mikael Voskanyan, Tmbata Orchestra,
Tiezerk Band, Aveluk, Rosental, Hayk Karoyi, Nick Ter-Hovhannisyan, Dave
Geodakyan, Arman Peshtmaljyan and Serjo.
The Karin Ensemble will hold dance master classes, during which anyone
can learn Armenian folk dances.
The charitable pavilion “Soldier’s House” will operate there, where you
can buy designer souvenirs from veterans of the 44-day Artsakh war.

May 6 (Friday) – from 17:00 to 23:00;
May 7 and 8 (Saturday and Sunday) – from 12:00 to 23:00.
